This boutique hotel was targeted at bringing in and optimizing an experience for the solo female business traveler.  A space that will make all guest feel empowered by utilizing a bold monochromatic color palate with a maroon red accent.  Safety and security in the hotel will make the intended user feel safe through strategic space planning and adjacent amenities.   A  grand focal point upon entry will make an exciting entrance to invite  patrons towards visiting all areas the hotel has to offer such as  a delicious chocolatier shop nested behind a custom geometric stain glass window at the top of the mezzanine. A beautiful wild black agate stone will be featured throughout various locations with a custom LED backlighting to enhance this raw natural stone that will bring an upscale ambiance into the space.

 Inspired by preserving the uniformed look of existing buildings on campus. The new performing arts center will achieve this through using locally sourced materials such as sandstone, zinc coated metal paneling and architectural features found in adjacent building like the Gund Gallery and Horwitz Hall.  To achieve a holistic community connectedness there will be extensive fenestration facing the northeast wall to allow maximum daylighting features to penetrate through the interior of the building. A preservation of existing landscape and implementation of outdoor ad hoc sites to promote community connectivity through nature and the performing arts.  Colors will be pulled from the colleges color palate purple and gold to be used throughout the design and interior architectural features, which represent both the vitality of the college and its sense of strength and permanence.

 This surf dot com themed office space is inspired by the work of Colleen Wilcox, a Honolulu-based artist. Curved, flowy lines will be used to mimic ocean waves. Translucent, colored glazing and mosaic will represent water and provide a sleek, high-end feel in strategic places. In contrast, casual, beachy vibes indicative of company culture will be created by implementing comfortable collaboration areas and using materials like textured bamboo and teak wood tones. Blue, the color of water and serenity, will be

abundant throughout, complemented by fun pops of vibrant derived from the concept image

  $17,000,000 dollar Design Build Project for a fictitious residence hall at Grinnell College Iowa. This project gained National Recognition in Student design competition. Grinnell's newest residence hall was to exuberate holistic learning environment while obtaining gold level LEED accreditation.  Utilizing color theory and natural elements to achieve this cohesive design of  holistic modern goal of the client.

  Inspired by the modern impressionism artist Leonid Afremov. This space is designed as an upscale martini bar/gallery. Using reflective surfaces, the use of LED colored lighting. A

focal point umbrella waterfall feature in the center of the main seating area will create an outdoor French ambiance to mimic the French floating umbrella festival.  Vivid colors will be pulled from the concept imagine to create a vibrant seating around the bar while toning it down with a

terrazzo that has splashes of those same rich colors.

This welcome center in the Netherlands Airport was inspired by the Country’s spring time colors, this  welcome center will use inviting orange and blue’s to catch patron's eyes, and warm neutral tones to relax, while using pops the energetic colors to recharge them. Café Warwhich will provide patrons with authentic Dutch ready to go meals. And ahistorical display area will feature exhibits of the Netherlands most prideful features while using colors pulled from the beautiful views of the sky and foreground of the tulips from the concept image.

  Inspired by the feeling of being submerged in a lavender field with sun rays beaming through with warmth and the aroma of lavender to calm. This primary care clinic will embody holistic elements to make to bring a positive experience to the visiting patient. The desired spa like environment will be achieved through acoustic control and positive sound distractions along with a calming color palette inspired from a lavender field. Hospitality like amenities will be applied healthcare level materials that appear to be fit for home and through a spacious floor plan.
